Common questions.
What does the $150 cover?+
It covers the 60-minute Design Session. If you commission a board, the full $150 is credited toward the final board price. If you attend the session and decide not to order, the $150 remains the consultation fee.
Do I have to order a board after the session?+
No. There is no obligation to commission a board. You can use the session to clarify the direction, then decide whether you want to proceed.
Can I order without a Design Session?+
Yes. If a model and one of its listed dimensions already suit you, order it directly from the model page. The Design Session is for changes, uncertainty or a new design.
How does the Design Session happen?+
The 60-minute Design Session is held by video call, so we can review your current boards, goals and proposed design together on screen.
What happens after the session?+
Your proposed board appears in My Quiver with the deck and bottom images, specification, quoted price and 3D model when available. One revision is included before you approve the quote.
When does production start?+
Production starts after you approve the quote and pay the quoted balance. Your current build estimate is shown before you approve it.
What is the cancellation policy?+
The session fee is refundable if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and completed sessions are not refundable.
